Do you prepare income tax returns?
No. We keep your books clean, current, and reconciled, then coordinate with your tax preparer at filing time so they have everything they need. Income tax preparation is handled by your CPA or a partner we can refer.
Do you handle attorney trust (IOLTA) accounting?
Yes. For law firms we maintain client trust ledgers and perform the strict three-way reconciliation trust accounting requires, so your bank balance, book balance, and client ledgers tie out every month.
How do you handle protected health information (PHI)?
We structure healthcare engagements around financial information and minimize any handling of PHI. When PHI is involved, it is handled only by trained team members under appropriate safeguards, and it is never placed into third-party AI tools.
Which accounting software do you use?
QuickBooks Online is our primary general ledger, with Bill.com for accounts-payable workflows. We are QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisors.
